The Ensemble Péridot Salzburg has put together a special program titled “Salzburg Advent 2023” for the Advent season. The artistic direction is in the hands of Peter Peinstingl, who will bring the musical magic of Advent to life with compositions by Heinrich Biber, Michael Haydn, and Wolfgang Amadé Mozart.

The performances will take place at three impressive locations: the Parish Church of St. Mariä in Bavaria, the Toblach Cultural Center in South Tyrol, and the Salzburg Residenz. Particularly noteworthy is the incorporation of high-quality folk music elements surrounding the Adventsingen by Tobi Reiser, emphasizing the musicians’ connection to their homeland.
